KMC Solutions is seeking a Client Services Manager III to lead strategic, enterprise‑level client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across internal functions. You will align services with client goals and manage key relationships at the executive level.

The role requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and a proven ability to drive account expansion while guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding service and robust SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• 7–10 years in client services or account management with BPO/outsourcing exposure.
• Ability to engage senior executives and conduct business reviews.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM, MS Office, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between company and strategic client accounts, building strong relationships.
• Align services with client objectives to drive growth and operational needs.
• Drive retention and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities for account expansion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services and meet SLAs.
• Monitor client health, perform risk assessments, and mitigate issues.
• Manage governance through reviews, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Advocate for client needs to inform service improvements.
