Job summary

Kahon.ph in the Philippines is seeking an Account Management Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for both consumer and business clients, resolving issues promptly and delivering requirements. You will collaborate with Operations and other teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will input data into CRM and Airtable, analyze customer behavior to forecast needs, and help maintain accurate booking records from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Proficient in CRM software and data entry.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact person for B2C clients to listen to concerns, resolve problems and deliver requirements in a timely manner
• Be the main contact person for B2B clients and handle their day-to-day requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver client or customer requirements
• Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior to understand changing needs
• Attend to customer inquiries, concerns and/or requirements
• Input data in CRM software
• Receive, validate and encode new bookings (Kahon, Kwarto, add-ons) in the CRM or Airtable.
• Confirm pickup, delivery and retrieval schedules with customers, and coordinate them with Operations.
• Keep order records accurate and complete from booking to move-out.
• Generate internal/external documents such as cost estimates, monitoring reports, etc.
