Job summary

Marsh Philippines Inc is seeking a Client Relationship Management Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, manage communications, and support client relationships across a portfolio of business. You will conduct client research, support billing and calendars, and liaise between internal professionals and client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with assigned accounts
• Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing communications
• Conduct client research, industry research, benchmarking studies, and risk maps for internal and external use
• Support day-to-day account management tasks, including billing transactional work, calendars, and timelines
• Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts
• Manage account concerns or issues and elevate appropriately when needed
• Collect insights on relationship satisfaction and report findings to senior colleagues
• Begin building relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations
• Maintain fluency in the Company’s service offerings and market trends
