KMC Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Client Services Specialist I to act as liaison between the company and its clients, managing accounts, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with departments to meet client needs. The role offers a hybrid work setup and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include meeting support, project coordination, inventory management for client-owned assets, and general admin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Account Management experience.
• Exceptional commitment towards Customer Experience.
• Preferably exposed in the BPO Industry (willing to render night shift, if needed).
• Must be willing to work in our BGC site.

Responsibilities

• Meeting Support: Scheduling calls/meetings across time zones, preparing agendas, minutes and follow-ups, updating action trackers, coordinating with internal teams to prepare reports or decks.
• Project & Task Coordination: Tracking project timelines and deliverables, following up with internal teams on client requests.
• Communication Support: Formatting proposals, decks, or contracts.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement, preparing inventory reports, tracking shipments and returns with HR.
• General Admin: Coordinating travel and logistics for client visits, monitoring shared inboxes for inquiries.
