Job summary

Manulife in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a Business Process Senior Associate to join the Group Benefits Plan Design Services Operations (MBPS). You will handle requests and transactions to meet service levels, coordinating system setups and maintaining essential client documents to support the business.

You will also manage client coding for accurate billing, configure systems for claims processing, and prepare access setups for company websites and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year data/BPO experience; undergraduates with 2 years data/BPO experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to write clearly and grammatically.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup and amendments of systems and applications.
• Create and maintain client documents, including contracts and booklets.
• Manage client coding for accurate billing invoices and estimates.
• Configure systems to support claims adjudication and drug card generation.
• Prepare and maintain access setups for websites and mobile apps; respond to inquiries.
