Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients in the Universal Banking unit. You will work with stakeholders at all levels, align with regional MDs, and contribute to client retention and long-term success.

As part of the role, you will nurture relationships, explore opportunities for upsell and renewals, and coordinate with internal teams to meet targets, while embracing a hybrid work environment and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must have track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and develop plans to grow revenue and ensure customer success.
• Engage with customers regularly, including on-site visits when needed, to understand business drivers.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, renewals, and contract optimization within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals, services, and materials to customers.
• Maintain accurate forecast data in CRM and ensure timely updates.
