Job summary

Finastra Philippines Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join the Universal Banking Business Unit. You will grow revenue by managing existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for value, and collaborating with sales leadership on strategies.

Under mentorship, you’ll engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, and help drive client retention and long‑term success across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop account plans to support revenue growth and client success.
• Engage proactively with customers, including on-site visits, to understand business drivers and challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and communicate strategic plans and status updates.
• Identify and drive opportunities within existing accounts, including service engagements, upsells, renewals, and contract optimization.
• Analyze clients’ business needs to develop account strategies and solution recommendations.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
