Job summary

Finastra Philippines Inc is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join the Sales organization in the Universal Banking Business Unit. You will manage and expand relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for value delivery, and support revenue targets while being mentored by Sales Leadership.

You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, and collaborate across functions to manage opportunities, renewals, and contract optimizations, maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and grow relationships with clients.
• Experience in B2B sales and account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop account plans to support revenue growth and customer success.
• Engage proactively with customers, including on-site visits, to understand business drivers and challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, communicating strategic plans and status updates.
• Identify and drive opportunities within existing accounts, including service engagements, upsell opportunities, renewals, and contract optimization.
• Analyze clients' business needs to develop account strategies and solution recommendations.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure prompt, accurate delivery of materials to customers.
• Maintain accurate account and forecasting data in CRM systems.
