Job summary

Finastra, a global leader in financial services software, seeks a Lead Solutions Consultant to drive revenue growth in APAC. You will lead presales engagements, design integrated Universal Banking solutions, and guide architecture decisions for major opportunities across banks and financial institutions.

You will collaborate with sales, product management, implementation, and support teams, shaping winning bids while traveling as needed to engage clients and prospects in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Proven presales leadership and large-scale solution design experience.
• Deep understanding of core banking and modern banking ops.
• Strong stakeholder management across clients and internal teams.
• Aware of APAC, Australia, New Zealand banking models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex presales opportunities and shape integrated solutions.
• Act as SME on Finastra Universal Core Banking solutions.
• Advise on end-to-end solution architecture, data flows, and requirements.
• Create solution design documentation for RFI/RFP responses.
• Own opportunity bid management and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with sales, product, implementation, and support to win deals.
• Travel frequently as business needs require.
