Job summary

WAW Group Global Limited in Taguig is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive B2B growth. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams to deliver tailored ERP, CRM, SaaS, software, and IT hardware solutions.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, manage pipelines in CRM, and contribute to revenue targets in a hybrid work setting with on-site days at our BGC office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B development or sales.
• Experience with CRM systems to manage leads and opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activities.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from different sales and marketing channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, decision-makers, and partners.
• Conduct initial client meetings to understand business needs, budgets, timelines and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for ERP, CRM, SaaS, software, IT hardware and other solutions.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and technical teams for demonstrations and proposals.
• Present proposals, quotations and commercial offers to potential clients.
• Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Develop relationships with vendors, distributors, and resellers.
• Monitor market trends and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Prepare sales forecasts and progress updates.
• Meet lead generation, client acquisition, sales and revenue targets.
