Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, software or technology services.
• Strong background in new business development and client acquisition (new logo hunting).
• Experience selling IT services such as software development, application management, cloud solutions, or digital transformation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
• Generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Present and sell IT solutions, software, and technology services based on client needs.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
