• Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management and execution.
• Monitor metrics and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Conduct coaching sessions and career development discussions.
• Manage attendance, schedule adherence, and day-to-day operations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to meet client expectations.
