Job summary

LG Chem Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist specializing in HVAC and industrial equipment. You will develop relationships with consultants, developers, and architects, and conduct training for clients.

A strong foundation in cooling systems and energy efficiency is essential. The role requires 3+ years in HVAC sales, with experience in chillers preferred, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in the same field or industry.
• Proven experience in HVAC or industrial equipment sales, preferably with chillers.
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, refrigeration, and energy efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics coordination.
• Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relations with consultants, developers, architects, and the like.
• Must be knowledgeable in basics of air conditioning/refrigeration.
• Conduct training for in-house members, customers, or direct clients.
• Monitor access, spec-in and award results.
• Aid in creating spec-in opportunities for new projects from consultants.
