Responsibilities

• Promote and sell air conditioning units, installation services, repair and maintenance.
• Identify and develop potential clients through field visits, online marketing, referrals, networking.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, product information, and service offers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and proposals to convert prospects into customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of projects and services.
• Communicate customer requirements, project details, schedules, and other information to concerned departments.
• Monitor the status of sales, installations, repairs, and service requests and provide timely updates to customers.
• Prepare and process work permits and other required documents for repairs and installations in condominium units.
• Coordinate with condominium administration, property management, building personnel, and customers regarding permit requirements and schedules.
• Ensure all permits and documents are complete and submitted within timelines.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities to generate inquiries and increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a network of prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports, lead monitoring reports, and other sales documentation.
• Provide updates to management regarding sales performance and pending leads.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customers, quotations, sales transactions, and related documents.
