Job summary

Thru Air Systems Specialist Inc. in Cavite, Philippines is seeking a driven sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products, systems, and services, while engaging contractors, engineers, and end-users.

You will conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, site visits, and negotiate pricing and terms with customers. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure project success and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in HVAC.
Experience selling HVAC equipment, air-conditioning, ventilation, chillers, VRF/VRV systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products, systems, and services.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, facility managers, developers, and end-users.
Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement with customers.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
