Job summary

Ibex Limited in the Philippines is seeking an HVAC Installation Coordinator to support complete installation packets, order materials and equipment for installation projects, verify equipment accuracy upon arrival, ensure proper staging, and coordinate schedules with Install Managers and Sales Teams to keep projects on track and on budget.

This role also involves securing permits, ensuring compliance with local jurisdictions, creating invoices and project documentation in ServiceTitan,

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC industry experience preferred
Understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation processes
Knowledge of HVAC equipment, thermostats, IAQ products, and duct systems
Familiarity with local permitting requirements and mechanical codes
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of accountability and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Creating invoices, job costing, and project documentation within ServiceTitan
Maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams
Identifying and resolving scheduling, permitting, or material challenges before they impact the customer experience
Supporting installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
