Job summary

Haier Electrical Appliances Philippines Inc. seeks a proactive Sales Engineer to expand the HVAC solutions portfolio in the Philippine market. You will identify opportunities, steward the full sales cycle, and tailor technical proposals to client needs.

You will also build strong client relationships, deliver compelling demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience in HVAC, air conditioning, MEP, or related technical/engineering products.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and applications is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and recommend solutions based on customer requirements.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and achieving assigned sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their HVAC requirements and recommending tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations, technical proposals, quotations, and project recommendations.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client consultation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Maintain long-term partnerships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and ensure successful project execution.
