Responsibilities

• Identify potential commercial and residential HVAC clients and conduct cold calls to set up meetings.
• Conduct site visits with technical teams to assess client needs and prepare quotes.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and contractors to secure repeat business and service agreements.
• Track leads, update CRM, and submit weekly performance reports while meeting monthly targets.
