St. Francis Square Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Corporate Project Manager in Metro Manila. The role focuses on leading corporate sales and HVAC projects from inquiry through to completion, while developing long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings a robust background in sales, business development, and project management within HVAC or home/commercial appliances, with proven ability to close high-value deals and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, and project management in HVAC/appliance industries.
• Mandarin-speaking is REQUIRED for this role; must communicate effectively in Mandarin with clients and suppliers.
• Wide network within HVAC, appliance, construction, property development, commercial or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of air-conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial needs.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts, generate leads, and close high-value sales.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project coordination and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate sales and HVAC projects from inquiry to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, developers, contractors, consultants, dealers, and distributors.
• Generate new business opportunities and hit sales and project targets.
• Handle residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC projects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, and after-sales teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, deliveries, commissioning, and completion.
