Qualifications

• BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree; licensure preferred.
• Excellent communication; fluent in English and Filipino.
• Able to discuss intelligently all matters about the product line.
• Computer literate.
• Sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develops contracts with, attends to inquiries of, prospective clients regarding the product line.
• Prepares quotation in coordination with principals/superiors per client specs.
• Submits quotation, follows up and solicits assistance from superiors as needed.
• Prepares A/C layout designs and drawings.
• Estimates the cost of the project.
• Follows-up status of pending and outstanding orders.
• Attends job site meetings for projects under negotiation.
• Establishes harmonious relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Collects amounts due from clients for sales
• Submits periodic sales reports to superiors.
• Performs other sales-related tasks as assigned.
