Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with PRC license preferred.
• Knowledge of promotion, sales, and marketing of engineering equipment.
• Technical exposure in construction or related industries.
• Excellent communication in English and Filipino.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises department in sales forecasting and client sourcing.
• Handles strategic sales presentations and prepares quotes.
• Attends meetings to maintain customer relationships.
• Prepares department budget and controls expenses.
• Coordinates with principals on product activities.
• Trains subordinates in sales and productivity improvements.
