Job summary
International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sales Coordinator to manage maintenance contracts for elevators and escalators, review proposals, and monitor sales processes in partnership with the service sales engineering team.
The role requires a four-year degree in business or engineering, proven maintenance sales experience, and excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Filipino. Leadership and cross-functional coordination are essential for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
- Experience in maintenance sales is required.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Filipino.
- Ability to discuss product lines intelligently.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to relate to people at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with other sections on maintenance contracts for elevators and escalators.
- Checks and reviews service contracts and proposals before submission to owner representative.
- Monitors and follows up on the status of submitted contract proposals.
- Advises service sales engineer on responses to owner requests for improvements in operation/servicing of elevators/escalators.
- Checks and reviews quotations for regular maintenance and special service (reconstruction).
- Coordinates with Executives, Consultants, Managers and others on maintenance sales activities.
- Prepares monthly reports detailing process performance, status of secured units, free service units and renewed contracts.
