Job summary

A recruitment and executive search firm is looking for an experienced professional to engage clients in the elevator industry. Responsibilities include providing technical advice on elevators, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with teams. Mechanical Engineers are preferred. Candidates must have a strong technical understanding of elevators and the industry. This position is full-time and based on-site in Makati.

Qualifications

• Understanding of elevator industry practices and modernization vs new equipment sales.
• Mechanical Engineers preferred with exposure to competitor practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage clients, understand needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical advice on elevators and escalators.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, installation, and maintenance teams.
• Provide product demonstrations and after-sales support.
• Track sales, generate reports, and monitor market trends.
