Job summary

DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING PHILIPPINES INC is seeking a Sales/Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage dealer accounts in Mandaue City, Cebu. You will generate project opportunities, maintain a robust project pipeline, and cascade policies, pricing, and product updates to dealers.

The role requires HVAC design knowledge, ability to interpret drawings, excellent communication, and leadership to oversee Sales Engineers. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and selection.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Capable of handling high workload and pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and oversee Sales Engineer(s).
• Must be able to drive a 4-wheeled vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Amenable to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets.
• Manage, develop, and retain assigned dealer accounts.
• Generate and convert project opportunities into sales.
• Maintain and manage a strong project pipeline (RA, PAC, SA, VRV, and Applied Products).
• Cascade company policies, promotions, pricing, and product updates to dealers.
• Conduct sales activities and customer engagements.
• Resolve dealer concerns promptly with ownership.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up of payments.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
