Job summary

Supervise HR staff in their daily functions, which includes:

1. Provide day-to-day oversight of various human resources functions critical to the organization including recruitment, attendance, payroll, compensation, benefits, employee management and records.

2. Organize and implement orientation and training for new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.

3. Counsel employees on HR policies, practices and procedures

4. Plan and organize regular activities ie. leadership trainings and seminars for employees.

• Address employee conflicts, conduct investigation and corrective actions as required.

• Support management team prepare for audits and certifications.
