Hua Yang Electronics Enterprises Corporation in Manila seeks a seasoned HR Manager to supervise the HR department, ensure policy implementation, and coordinate with management onsite. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and ensure the proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
Handle Employee Relations (ER) concerns, including employee complaints, workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Prepare, review, and maintain employee-related documents, including Incident Reports (IR), Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), and other disciplinary documents.
Assist in conducting and documenting administrative hearings and employee disciplinary proceedings.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable Philippine labor regulations.
Manage and monitor Compensation and Benefits concerns, including government-mandated contributions, employee leaves, payroll-related concerns, and other employee benefits.
Provide employees with appropriate guidance and assistance regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Maintain accurate, updated, and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with department heads and management regarding employee concerns, disciplinary actions, performance matters, and other HR-related concerns.
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee evaluations, performance management, and other HR initiatives as needed.
Monitor compliance with HR policies and recommend appropriate actions or improvements when necessary.
Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
With relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory or senior HR position.
Knowledgeable in various HR functions, particularly Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR Administration, and Employee Discipline.
Familiar with preparing and handling IR, NTE, administrative hearings, NOD, and other disciplinary processes.
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee concerns professionally and objectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees, department heads, and management.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Willing to work onsite / face-to-face.
