Job summary

Isuzu Philippines Corporation in Laguna Biñan is seeking a detail-oriented HR Timekeeping Analyst to process attendance requests (leaves, overtime, official business) and ensure accurate timekeeping records.

You will generate monthly timekeeping reports, lead automation projects and system improvements, and support ISO audits by maintaining compliant documentation and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related course.
• At least 3 years of experience in timekeeping processing or related; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Agile HR practitioner with self-leadership, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
• Results-driven and output-oriented.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive with high integrity and a sense of urgency.
• Keen attention to details and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process attendance-related requests (leaves, overtime, official business).

• Responsible in processing all attendance-related requests (leaves, overtime, official business, etc.) including late filing adjustments and communication to all stakeholders.
• Provides monthly timekeeping-related reports such as, but not limited to, reports on overtime hours, absenteeism, tardiness, and unauthorized leaves.
• Leads in the creation and development of automation projects and manages all system-related improvements and customizations.
• Conducts benchmarking activities to improve existing policies and coordinates with management and union groups of the revisions as necessary.
• Represents the team in ISO related audits and ensures compliance to documentation and guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
• With at least 3 years of experience in timekeeping processing or related; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage.
