Prepare and compute timekeeping reports.
Issues and enrolls BIO ID numbers of new employees. Encodes new hires in the payroll system accurately.
Process and review timekeeping records of employees and carefully check attendance, tardiness, leave, overtime premium, and other payroll transactions.
Orients newly hired employees about the compensation and benefits practices in the company.
Recruitment and Hiring
Prepares updated Masterlist of employees.
Conduct performance evaluations of employees
Responsible for the onboarding process
Conduct and document exit interviews
Summarize monthly reports—tardiness and absences of employees.
Safekeeping of records (employment contracts and 201 files)
Assign for the distribution of employees company uniforms.
Keep organizes and updated records of employees as well as the HRD files
Responsible in disseminating information to all concerned relative to new company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
