Job summary

United Limsun International Trading Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and drive people-centric excellence in a full-time capacity based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and compliance, reporting to senior management. A strong background in Philippine labour laws, recruitment, payroll, and HRIS is required for success in this strategic position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources management, preferably in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new employees.
• Overseeing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and professional manner.
• Administering and managing payroll, benefits programmes and compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
• Designing and delivering employee training and development programmes to enhance staff skills and career progression.
• Implementing and maintaining performance management systems, including conducting appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
• Creating and maintaining HR policies, procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the organisation.
• Supporting organisational development initiatives and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Managing HR budgets and controlling costs whilst maintaining service quality.
• Ensuring compliance with local labour laws, employment standards and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.

About the role

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning

• Proficiency with human resources information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Experience in employee relations, performance management and training development
• Knowledge of payroll administration and benefits management is highly desirable
• Certification in HR management (such as CHRM or equivalent) is advantageous
