Port Construction Incorporated is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee our Human Resources functions and support the organization in building a productive and engaged workforce. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The role requires 5–8 years of HR experience with supervisory responsibilities, excellent communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
