The HR & Administration Manager will oversee human resources and administrative operations for the construction company. The role will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, company policies, and general administration while supporting project teams and ensuring compliance with labor and company requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing requirements for construction projects and head office.
Oversee onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel administration.
Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and company policies.
Coordinate payroll, government-mandated benefits, and other employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and applicable labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Provide HR support to project managers, engineers, and site personnel.
Manage administrative activities, office facilities, supplies, and company assets.
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
Support workforce planning and manpower deployment across construction projects.
Coordinate employee training, development, and safety-related programs.
Handle employee concerns and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Experience handling both head office and project/site-based employees is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and government compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel to or work at construction project sites when required.
