Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in payroll and employee relations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE standards
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Prior experience in the construction industry is required
