Aice Philippines Ice Cream, Inc. is seeking an HR professional to manage full recruitment cycles, screen candidates, interview, and onboard new hires. You will build talent pipelines and partner with managers to meet staffing needs in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensure compliance with company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field with 3–5

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, labor compliance, and HR best practices

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments and recommend qualified applicants.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Lead employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases.
• Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), administrative notices, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
• Provide HR guidance to supervisors and ensure compliance with company policies.
