- Supervise day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave management.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee concerns, inquiries, and disciplinary actions in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance evaluation and employee development programs.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance for timely and accurate salary processing.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure company compliance with labor regulations and workplace safety requirements.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and hiring status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related (essential)
- With at least 2-3 years professional experience in the end to end process of recruitment and other facets of HR Function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Highly computer literate
