CDCC Builders Inc. is seeking an HR Intern to support talent acquisition and HR administration. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, screening, interview coordination, onboarding support, and HR data management.
You will work closely with the Recruitment team across Head Office and project/site manpower requirements, contributing to recruitment updates and reporting and maintaining recruitment documentation.
We are looking for an HR Intern to support the team in various talent acquisition and HR administrative activities. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing, applicant screening, interview coordination, onboarding support, recruitment documentation, and HR data management.
Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen applicant profiles based on the qualifications and requirements of open positions.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
Assist in contacting candidates and conducting initial coordination regarding job opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with Hiring Managers and HR.
Prepare and organize candidate profiles, CVs, interview schedules, and other recruitment documents.
Assist in preparing candidate endorsements and recruitment‑related reports.
Assist in monitoring the completion of pre‑employment requirements of newly hired employees.
Coordinate with candidates regarding pending requirements and onboarding schedules.
Assist in preparing and organizing onboarding documents and employee information.
Follow up with relevant HR and project/site personnel regarding deployment and onboarding requirements.
Assist in updating recruitment trackers, dashboards, and monthly recruitment reports.
Encode and consolidate recruitment data, including applicant, interview, endorsement, hiring, and onboarding information.
Assist in preparing recruitment updates and reports for management.
Organize and maintain digital and physical HR files and records.
Provide administrative and coordination support for other HR activities as needed.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required to complete an internship/OJT as part of the academic program.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Willing to learn and work in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
Can handle confidential applicant and employee information with professionalism.
