Job summary

Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment process from sourcing to pre-boarding. You will closely work with the Talent Acquisition team in identifying candidates, managing pipelines, and coordinating hiring activities while gaining hands‑on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Screening
  • Assist in posting job openings across various platforms
  • Source candidates through different channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
  • Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening of candidates
• Candidate Management
  • Support in maintaining and updating candidate pipelines
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and recruiters
  • Help prepare candidate endorsements and profiles
• Recruitment Operations
  • Assist in background checks and collate pre-employment requirements
  • Support documentation and tracking of recruitment activities (intern and/or full‑time roles)
  • Assist in daily TA operations–process improvement and administrative tasks (e.g. 201 filing, pre‑employment requirements) as needed
• Projects and Research
  • Support ad hoc recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities
  • Conduct research on sourcing strategies, tools, and market trends

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

Nice‑to‑Have (Optional but recommended!)

• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR processes
• Has an eye for design, using content creation or graphic tools (e.g. Canva, etc.)
• Experience in school organizations, events, or coordination roles
