POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to selection, onboarding, and recruitment administration. The role ensures a positive candidate experience, maintains an adequate talent pipeline, coordinates hiring activities, and supports employer branding initiatives through the creation of recruitment marketing materials and social media content.
ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING
- Reports directly to the Recruitment Supervisor
- Coordinates with other HR Staff
- Coordinates with Department Heads and Hiring Managers
- Coordinates with Marketing Team and other FMIDC employees

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source qualified candidates through various recruitment channels including JobStreet, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, company career page, employee referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across social media and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and evaluate applicants' qualifications based on job requirements.
- Maintain an active talent pool and engage qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Initiate sourcing and recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Attend and represent the company in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment events.
Selection & Hiring
- Administer and evaluate pre-employment examinations.
- Conduct initial interviews for assigned group/department.
- Endorse qualified candidates to the HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers for further interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring departments.
- Conduct background investigations and employment verification.
- Prepare interview assessments and candidate endorsements.
Pre-employment & Onboarding
- Ensure successful candidates complete all pre-employment requirements.
- Prepare, draft, and issue Job Offers and Employment Contracts and Endorsement for Hiring as needed
- Prepare Company Identification Cards.
- Facilitate payroll ATM application requirements for new hires.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and provide support to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Recruitment Administration
- Prepare payment requests for the Employee Referral Incentive Program.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports.
- Maintain recruitment records, databases, and documentation.
- Perform other recruitment and HR-related duties as assigned.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Marketing teams in developing recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for job posting advertisements, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate the posting and promotion of recruitment-related content across the company's social media channels and other digital platforms.
- Support the development of recruitment collaterals, promotional materials, and employer branding assets.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
