Job summary

SM Supermalls is hiring an HR Systems Administrator to manage HRIS requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure user needs are met. The role is based at MOA Square, Pasay City.

Responsibilities include setting up HR systems, granting access and generating reports, addressing user concerns within deadlines, escalating complex issues, and proposing improvements with follow-through. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR/IT or related, 3+ years in HR systems admin/implementation,

• At least 3 years in HR systems administration/implementation.
• Experience using Darwinbox HRMS and managing access/roles.

Job description

Administers the Human Resources Systems by setting-up the system requirements in collaboration with the different stakeholders and ensuring the needs, requirements, and issues of users are acted on

Responsibilities:

• Sets-up the HR systems according to requirements and perform updates brought about by changes in the organization, as necessary
• Provides access rights and reports generation facility in order for users to utilize and fully maximize the HR systems
• Resolves and addresses concerns/requests raised by users within the agreed timelines
• Escalates complicated issues to the appropriate parties
• Suggests system improvements and enhancements and sees their completion upon approval

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or any related course, or higher
• At least 3 years minimum work experience with HR systems administration/implementation exposure
• Candidate must have experience in using/managing Darwinbox (HRMS)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Can multitask and work well under pressure
• Amenable to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
