Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years in HR systems administration/implementation.
• Experience using Darwinbox HRMS and managing access/roles.

Responsibilities

• Sets up HR systems per requirements and updates for organizational changes.
• Provides access rights and reports generation to maximize HRMS use.
• Resolves user concerns within agreed timelines.
• Escalates complex issues to appropriate parties.
• Proposes system improvements and ensures completion after approval.
