HR Assistant will monitor employee attendance and leave records, assist in payroll preparation, process employee benefits, and maintain accurate HR documentation and reports. The position also serves as a point of contact for employee concerns related to compensation and benefits.
Monitor and maintain employee timekeeping, attendance, and leave records.
Validate daily attendance and resolve timekeeping discrepancies.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related data.
Process and monitor employee compensation and benefits concerns.
Coordinate government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other company benefits.
Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and benefits.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
Coordinate with different departments regarding attendance and payroll concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably handling timekeeping, compensation, and benefits.
Knowledgeable in payroll processing and government-mandated benefits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimal supervision.
