About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Personnel – Compensation and Benefits to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations, and providing support on payroll and employee concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
• Process and monitor government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely salary processing
• Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, leave credits, and other HR concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Coordinate with government agencies and external service providers as needed
• Prepare reports and other HR-related documents

  About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, or Human Resources
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
