Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking a Timekeeper & Comp & Ben Associate to manage timekeeping, payroll processing, and benefits administration for 300+ employees nationwide, ensuring accurate payroll and compliant benefits under Philippine labor laws using Aurora HRIS.

The Timekeeper & Comp & Ben Associate manages employee timekeeping, payroll processing, and benefits administration for 300+ employees nationwide. This role ensures accurate payroll, compliant benefits administration, and efficient HR operations usingAurora HRIS, in line with Philippine labor laws.
Manage daily timekeeping, attendance, overtime, and leave records using Aurora HRIS.
Prepare and process bi-monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, taxes).
Ensure accurate computation of overtime, holiday pay, incentives, and special payments.
Administer employee benefits such as HMO, life insurance, and government-mandated benefits.
Process benefits enrollment, claims, and employee inquiries.
Prepare payroll, tax, and benefits reports and support audits and government compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data updates (salary, benefits, leave).
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a timekeeping, payroll, or compensation and benefits role, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized company (300+ employees) in the Philippines.
Experience with Aurora HRIS is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE guidelines).
Familiarity with compensation and benefits management, including HMO, insurance plans, and government-mandated benefits.
Familiarity with payroll systems and experience in working with timekeeping systems (e.g., biometrics, web-based timekeeping).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in reconciling payroll discrepancies or benefits-related queries.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex compensation and benefits matters to employees clearly.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HRIS software.
