AMERITEL BPO Services Inc. in Clark Pampanga is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee employee relations, payroll processing, and government filings.

The role requires strong leadership, 1+ year HR management experience in the Philippines, and a track record in labor relations and policy formulation. The position offers a fixed schedule, on-site work at Clark Pampanga, and a compensation range of 30,000–50,000 PHP monthly with bonuses and statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth,

Qualifications

At least 1 year in HR Manager experience in the Philippines with adequate working knowledge.
Preferably experience in a special economic zone (Clark or Subic).
Preferably having worked within the BPO industry as an HR.
Solid working experience in all HR key areas (recruiting, Labor management, Government filings).
Strong experience in Labor Relations, Policy Formulation and Employee Relations.
Strong people management experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Trustworthy with a high level of integrity.
Knowledgeable of processing business permits.
Perfect attendance and crystal-clear communication skills.

Managing a small team and daily reporting.

Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Computation and processing of employee payroll
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional accountant resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations

Position Title: Human Resource Manager

Salary: 30,000-50,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Site Management

Schedule: 7:0 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Location: Clark Pampanga (our only site location)
