Job summary

Outsourced in Manila is seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to own, manage, and continually improve the company’s HubSpot CRM platform.

You will serve as the primary admin, optimize pipelines, automate processes, build dashboards, and train staff across sales and marketing while ensuring data quality and scalability. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a home-based setup.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience administering HubSpot CRM.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
Hands-on experience creating workflows and automation.
Experience building dashboards and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

HubSpot administration: primary admin, manage users, security, pipelines, properties, automation.
Data management: ensure accuracy, deduplicate, standardized naming, audit fields.
Reporting: dashboards and recurring reports across sales/marketing.
Sales process improvement: optimize lifecycle, lead qualification, opportunity tracking.
Automation: design and optimize workflows, notifications, sequences, campaigns.
Marketing support: landing pages, forms, segmentation, journeys.
Integrations: maintain HubSpot integrations and assess new ones.
User training & support: train staff, create docs, promote CRM adoption.
Continuous improvement: stay updated with HubSpot features and tools.
