Job summary

Candidara in Pasig, Philippines, seeks a Senior HubSpot RevOps professional to guide marketing and sales teams on best practices and scalable HubSpot configurations. You will lead the design of workflows, lead scoring, and pipelines to maximize ROI.

You will own system architecture, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless, scalable HubSpot experience with NetSuite ERP and Shopify Plus integrations, while maintaining data integrity and user enablement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience as a Specialist, Administrator, or RevOps professional
• Deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM functionalities
• Proven track record in setting up, optimizing, and guiding HubSpot strategies for scaling businesses
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales pipeline management, and lead generation workflows
• Highly analytical with experience building custom reports, dashboards, and tracking metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; capaz to train internal users and translate goals into solutions
• Familiarity with maintaining data integrity and standardizing data entry processes

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal advisor to Marketing and Sales teams on HubSpot best practices and ROI
• Lead strategic HubSpot setup, configuration, and optimization to align with long-term goals
• Design and implement comprehensive reports and real-time dashboards to track KPIs and pipeline health
• Monitor data hygiene, adoption, and system performance; propose improvements to boost conversions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to integrate HubSpot with NetSuite and Shopify Plus
