Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to own, manage, and continuously improve our HubSpot CRM platform.

You will serve as the primary administrator, handle users and permissions, maintain pipelines and workflows, design dashboards, and collaborate with marketing and sales to drive adoption and data quality.

This home-based role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and may prefer HubSpot certifications to strengthen expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering HubSpot CRM.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
• Hands-on experience creating workflows and automation.
• Experience building dashboards and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM.
• Manage users, permissions, teams, and security settings.
• Maintain pipelines, deal stages, custom objects, workflows, and custom properties.
• Configure automation and business processes.
• Manage lists, forms, sequences, templates, and playbooks.
• Ensure the CRM remains organized, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering sales pipeline, forecasting, win/loss, and marketing metrics.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve the sales process and lifecycle.
• Design and optimize HubSpot automation including lead routing and reminders.
