Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing and Sales. The role maintains platform integrity, builds workflows, and supports users.

You will manage CRM data, create dashboards, and troubleshoot integrations. The ideal candidate has hands-on HubSpot experience in a B2B environment and relevant certifications; operations hub experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HubSpot administration experience in a B2B environment.
• Technical expertise with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, CRM data management, complex automation, and custom dashboard reporting.
• HubSpot certifications (Marketing/Sales Hub or Admin) preferred; Operations Hub experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administration & Automation: Manage Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs; configure properties, objects, pipelines, lead scoring, routing, and workflows.
• Data & Governance: Maintain CRM data quality, imports, deduplication, hygiene audits; establish naming conventions and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Reporting & Integrations: Build dashboards for lead gen, pipeline, and revenue; troubleshoot integrations and monitor platform health.
• User Support & Enablement: Serve as HubSpot SME; gather requirements and provide training and troubleshooting support.
