Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to maintain, improve, and evolve a growing HubSpot environment. You’ll work hands-on with the existing setup, refine processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality while scaling the system alongside business needs.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into effective HubSpot solutions, and implement right-sized changes that don’t disrupt current configurations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM
• Strong understanding of HubSpot functionality, workflows, reporting, and configuration
• Experience customizing HubSpot based on business requirements
• Experience troubleshooting CRM and workflow issues
• Strong understanding of data hygiene and CRM data management
• Ability to understand interaction between CRM components
• Attention to detail when making changes to an established CRM
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate requests into effective HubSpot solutions
• Comfortable working independently with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM environment
• Review and improve existing CRM processes, workflows, and configurations
• Build and customize HubSpot functionality based on business requirements
• Implement new requests, features, and process improvements
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and identify practical solutions
• Support workflow and automation configuration
