Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own the HubSpot platform, ensuring clean data, smooth integrations with Shopify, NetSuite, and Klaviyo, and robust automation. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce to translate business needs into effective HubSpot configurations and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will manage data governance, create insightful dashboards, and maintain documentation while staying current with new HubSpot features.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with Shopify and NetSuite integrations and data syncs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with data/privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HubSpot platform, user permissions, and settings.
• Build and monitor workflows, automations, sequences, and lifecycle rules.
• Own data hygiene and governance for contacts, companies, and deals.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and Shopify, NetSuite, and Klaviyo.
• Create dashboards to track Marketing, Sales, and leadership KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce to translate needs into HubSpot configs.
