Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own, manage, and continually improve the company’s HubSpot CRM platform. The role is hands-on and spans sales, marketing, customer service, operations, finance, and management teams.

The ideal candidate will become the internal HubSpot expert, enhancing processes, automating tasks, improving data quality, and delivering meaningful business insights.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience administering HubSpot CRM.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
• Hands-on experience creating workflows and automation.
• Experience building dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for HubSpot CRM.
• Manage users, permissions, teams, and security.
• Maintain pipelines, deal stages, custom objects, workflows, and properties.
• Configure automation and business processes.
• Manage lists, forms, sequences, templates, and playbooks.
• Ensure CRM is organized, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Monitor data accuracy and maintain naming conventions.
• Develop dashboards and reports for sales and marketing.
• Drive CRM adoption and data discipline across the organization.
